John has worked in the web for the past 10 years. His expertise includes marketing strategy, market research, web usability, information architecture and branding. He began his web career as a brand manager producing the first food company sites in the early 90s for companies like Subway, Hardees, and a large number of ConAgra Food's companies. Over the years he has worked in every facet of interactive design and software development, managing both enterprise web projects as well as small web teams. It has been this experience and insight that has compelled John to focus on providing ComTailor clients with developing their interactive and web marketing strategies.
John has a multidiscipline background that includes computer engineering studies at North Carolina State University, a B.A. in Creative Writing and Journalism from the University of North Carolina, and an MBA from DePaul University. He continues his post graduate studies at the MIT Sloan School of Business. Zimmerman also sits on the McKinsey Quarterly Online Executive Panel.

Kim has been working on the web for the past 10 years. She’s a veteran of software sales, support, and installation and saw the rise from on-site to remote services. She has logged many miles supporting industry software applications on the front-end and the back-end. She began her career as a software implementation consultant for Vision Software where she worked with hundreds of municipalities across the U.S. Kim has also worked in a variety of roles from web development to operations.
Her expertise includes project management of large to small scale technology solutions, database integration, team building and client relationships. Kim's educational background includes a BA from the University of North Carolina. | | back to top | | | |
